This report from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) summarizes the results of a survey of key stakeholders in the field of contraceptive (CT) and reproductive health (RH) R&D. This review addresses questions regarding the needs of women, the role of industry, funding, and the role of USAID in CT and RH R&D and provides recommendations for USAID to effectively meet the needs of women in low- and middle-income countries moving forward.
