Male Contraceptive Initiative: Trainee and Fellowship Opportunities

The Male Contraceptive Initiative is committed to nurturing the next generation of researchers through a number of different opportunities:

Opportunity 1, Trainee Fellowship: 

The Male Contraceptive Initiative is accepting applications for their 2026 fellowship cycle to support both predoctoral and postdoctoral working with established investigators in the male contraceptive field,

Opportunity 2, Trainee Success Program: The Male Contraceptive Initiative is accepting applications for the Trainee Success Program which “provides ongoing funding for activities and resources that directly advance your career in this field.” Eligible activities include: Travel grants to attend conferences and workshops, registration fees for digital conferences, and participation in relevant professional development opportunities

• Amount: up to $1,000 USD per request

Opportunity 3, Beverly Tucker Award for Career Development Travel: The Male Contraceptive Initiative is accepting applications for The Beverly Tucker Award for career development funding. The award supports international travel for career development for students and professionals residing outside the U.S. in the amount of up to $5000.
