The NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) is a national initiative supporting exceptional individuals to scale high-impact, evidence-based innovations across the NHS in England. Since 2015, the NIA has helped over 100 innovations improve patient outcomes, enhance service delivery, and drive operational efficiencies.

Funded by NHS England and delivered by UCLPartners, the NIA offers a three-year Fellowship that provides tailored support, expert mentoring, and access to a powerful network of NHS stakeholders. The programme focuses on accelerating adoption by connecting innovators with decision-makers, sharing learning, and navigating the complexities of the healthcare system.
