History
Mucommune has developed proprietary multivalent anti-sperm monoclonal antibodies which can be formulated into multiple potential delivery systems. Previous generations of these molecules include HC4 IgG, FIF and FFIFF. Mucommune's current lead compound is the improved molecule LamH10, which they are formulating as both fast-dissolving antibody tablets and capsule-based intravaginal rings, both of which they intend to advance to an IND submission. Mucommune received renewed NIH funding for these preclinical development platforms in 2025.
