2018 Ph II Trial Failed to Prove Non-Inferiority to Commercial Product

History

Dinox and Merck conducted a dose-finding study in 2018 for vaginal rings containing E2/ENG, E2/NOMAC, or ENG/EE (the approved NuvaRing product). Non-inferiority to NuvaRing could not be established for the investigational rings, including the NOMAC-based ring.
