Description: The NIH Office of Research on Women’s Health (ORWH) and participating NIH Institutes, Centers and Offices have a funding opportunity called the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (BIRCWH) Career Development Programs. This program will support mentored research career development of junior faculty members (BIRCWH Scholars). These members will have completed clinical training or a postdoctoral fellowship. This program will incorporate interdisciplinary basic, translational, data science, behavioral, clinical, and/or health services research relevant to the health of women.
