To mark World Contraception Day 2023, CTI Exchange Youth Council Chair Danita Mathew sat down with council members Shreyas Parkhie and Sarah Joseph to discuss their perspectives on the current contraceptive environment and their hopes for youth engagement in future contraceptive R&D. As the global community of sexual and reproductive health researchers and implements commemorates WCD 2023, the Youth Council advocates for improved integration of young people into local, national, and global family planning strategy, from the first stages of drug development to the last mile of method delivery.
