The AMRH Strategic Plan 2016-2020 defines the key strategic directions for the harmonization agenda in Africa, building on achievements of the last five years. It also provides guidance on expansion of scope of regulatory functions and products to be covered in the Regional Economic Communities' harmonization schemes. In addition, it offers a framework for operationalizing the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plan for Africa (PMPA)'s Business Plan.
