ICONIQ Impact has joined forces with Co-Impact and founding supporters Melinda French Gates, Phoebe Gates, and Jennifer Gates Nassar to launch the Women's Health Co-Lab. This global initiative aims to raise $100 million to improve women’s health outcomes by focusing on three critical areas: maternal health, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender-based violence.

Over the next three years, the Co-Lab will fund 22 organizations working to advance progress in these areas. Co-Impact, led by founder and CEO Olivia Leland, emphasizes the importance of local leadership and collaboration to strengthen health systems and broaden access to care.

In the area of maternal health, six grantees will work to improve healthcare delivery systems, increase maternal care utilization through technology and advocacy, engage communities, and enhance the skills of frontline health workers.

For sexual and reproductive health and rights, 10 nonprofit partners will focus on expanding access to care, disseminating accurate health information through targeted media efforts, and driving policy advocacy—particularly across the Global South.

To address gender-based violence, the Co-Lab will support six organizations that aim to strengthen protective laws and policies, challenge harmful gender norms, provide resources for survivors, and raise awareness to empower adolescent girls.
